Snake
Avoidance Training July 13,
2019
9am - noon Sponsored
by: The Montana Brittany Club
Professional dog trainer, Butch
Nelson, will be training each dog using a live defanged rattlesnake. This safe and effective method
has been used successfully for many years. Participating dogs must wear a
sturdy collar that can be adjusted so that there is no chance that the collar can slip off over the
dog’s head. The
correct collar will be provided on site for those who don’t have one. The training process only takes
a few minutes for each dog
so, you can just show
up and get in line, no reservation needed. You will be able to watch the training from a
distance.
NO CAMERAS, PLEASE!! Keep your dog(s) leashed and under
control at all times. Do not approach other dogs without
the permission of the owner.
Cost per Dog:$40. [$30 MTBC members, $25 for a recheck]
