Mackenzie Moore and Apollo went Best Junior Handler 2
out of 4 days in Great Falls, MT back in October, and
the other two days went Reserve Best Junior Handler
above some lovely young juniors. Then this month
(December), they traveled to Orlando, FL where they
competed in Juniors at the All Breed shows prior to
the AKC Championships, where one day she made the
first cut out a LARGE Open Intermediate class. Then during the AKC National Championships, Apollo won an Award of Excellence (Award of Merit) over a lovely lineup of dogs, handled by Mac the whole way through! |

Apollo finished the
spring show season in style at the Yellowstone
Valley Kennel Club dog show's in Billings! He placed in Owner Handled Groups 7 times between Spokane, WA - Billings, MT, with two NOHS Sporting Group 3's, four NOHS Group 2's, and an NOHS Group 1, as well as an Owner Handled Best in Show in Billings! On top of that he is now a multiple regular Group winner/placer, having gone regular Sporting Group 1 twice, and 3 once, as well as a regular Reserve Best in Show, also in Billings! Before all of that though, he went 3rd Money Male (Show) at the American Brittany Club's Western Futurity in Ritzville, WA 2022 Apollo finished the 2022 NOHS year as the #6 NOHS Brittany in the country. Apollo finishing his Championship, and going Owner Handled Group 2 in Blackfoot, ID June 2021 to be officially known as CH Elkhrn Mtn's Poetic Playboy TKN, then went to Boise, ID October 2021 with his JR Co Owner, Mackenzie, to finish his Grand Championship. He finished the 2021 show season as the #16 NOHS Brittany, and he wasn't even 2! Apollo was bred by members Tommie Dahl & Todd Breitenfeldt, owned by members Tommie Dahl & Mackenzie Moore. Maggie finished her CH completely handled by our daughter Sari (13yrs old) with 17 points and 4 Majors: 1) Spokane, WA, 2) Filer, ID, 3) Enumclaw, WA, and 4) Bozeman, MT (today). Sari was allowed to miss school today for this show only because she maintained strait A's in all classes (so far... :^). She also competes in open intermediate junior handling.
